刚才飘易的手机收到了一笔约249刀的信用卡扣款短信,我并没有消费,立即检查,发现是Godaddy将我的INFO域名自动付费而扣的一笔款。
去年年初注册的一批INFO域名1月4号到期,今天5号,我忘记了取消auto-renew,Godaddy今天便将这13个info域名 INFO Bulk Domain Name Renewal (6-20) (recurring) 连同当时注册时送的隐私保护 Private Registration Services - Renewal 给我一起自动续费了,坑爹啊,这些域名我都不要了,还给我扣了249刀美元啊。
网上看了下如何退款的介绍,我把我的向godaddy申请退款的步骤写在下面,以供不时之需:
一、
首先要先取消这些不要的产品,我的就是这13个域名 登录你的账户,在左侧导航处找到“Payments & Renewing Items”,点击进去,勾选你需要退款的产品如域名、主机,然后点击上面的“Cancel Items”,右侧选择“Cancel Now”,最后点击“Save Changes”。
二、
写信给 Billing@godaddy.com 要求退款 当你Cancel Items完毕后,这笔钱并不会自动退回你的信用卡或者PayPal,务必注意一定要发信给 Billing@godaddy.com ,要求退款。
信的内容大概如下:

Just now i received an auto-renew receipt #: 388xxxxxxx
My Customer #: 234xxxxx
i donot need these domians any more, and i have canceled these 13 domains.

发送这封邮件后很快就会收到Godaddy的第一封邮件:

大约10分钟后收到另一封邮件,大意是说已经帮我提交退款请求,等待财务部门最终审批:
Dear Sir or Madam,
Thank you for contacting Online Support. I am happy to help you with your refund. We have completed a request for a refund to be applied to your account for the canceled domain names. All refund requests must be reviewed for final approval by our billing department. Please allow up to 48 hours for the request to be processed and for the refunded receipt to appear in the Order History of your account. If it is not approved, you will receive a denial notification at which time you can respond to this email for further review. Upon approval, you will receive a confirmation of the refund.
Once the refunded receipt appears in your account, please allow 5-7 business days to see the funds applied to the associated payment method. If we are not able to process a refund to the original payment method for this service you will be contacted. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.

看这封邮件,可以知道到这里钱已经退回到我的paypal里,整个退款已经基本完成,但是要退到信用卡里还要3-5天。补充一点,当初扣款249刀,退款时只退了我239刀,扣了我大约10刀,不知道这个10刀是什么费用,可能是手续费吧。
另外告诉你一个百试不爽的办法:如果Godaddy反应太慢,你就去PayPal里的这笔交易的细节链接里投诉,一试一个准儿。很快就给你搞定了。
